Holding many designations (BBA, MBA, MIB, CETT), Sergio is an Internationally, highly educated professional. His 25+ years of business experience includes previous ownership of a variety of successful companies, as well as upper-level management positions with public and private sector corporations. Based on his exceptional performance he was awarded Business Administrator of the Year for designing and executing an Improvement and Recovery Plan for the second-largest newspaper company in Bolivia.

 

His in-depth business expertise and hands-on track record in planning, budgeting, finance, and real estate renovation experience make Sergio the perfect professional to deliver the quality and efficiency his clients have come to expect, a great partner for anyone wanting to invest in real estate, he definitely got your back. 

 

Sergio’s ability to generate proven results and achieve ambitious goals is showcased by his history tackling large scale projects and working with sizable budgets. His experience includes the organization, planning and management of a 6-months - 12-million-dollar project, as well as the management and execution of processes for a competitive International bidding system worth approximately 1.8 billion dollars for the National Customs Office of Bolivia.

 

Some of Sergio’s successful real estate investment experiences include a 28 luxury condominium homes Joint Venture project, as well as more than 15 small-to-medium real estate projects in Bolivia. He now has two years of hands-on experience behind him working in residential renovations in the GTA.

 

Sergio’s broad work history has enabled him to establish numerous professional relationships and build a solid contact list of corporations, investors, and individual buyers and sellers that are looking to purchase or sell commercial and residential properties.

Javier has more than 20 years of experience in business ownership, management consulting and sales for a diverse list of products and services. A strong history of closing deals, with his natural ability in sales, make him understand the true power of negotiating trough real estate. Javier can tell you today that he has found his real passion, making him a valuable asset!

 

Along with his impressive business and sales acumen, Javier holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an MBA in International Business, as well as several courses in International trade and logistic coordination.

 

Because of his natural analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex situations, he is able to connect the dots to see new pathways, options and resolutions to any problem. His adaptability and keen evaluation skills help keep plans and budgets on track and on time. He has participated in more than twenty-five important projects worthed 10-million approximately.

Carmen Rocha

Carmen is an internationally developed professional with a bachelor's in Business Administration, with 28+ years of professional experience.  Specialization in Quality Management Systems, Corporate Social Responsibility and Service Reengineering.  Carmen has specific 15 years of experience in administration and execution of projects with international financing, and 12 years of experience in the execution of Productive and Social Development Projects.

In her extensive property management experience, Carmen was a leader of projects that referred to the modernization of the infrastructure in public and private entities from the design, construction, refurbishment and subsequent rental and sale, and was in charge of a team for the management of housing at international borders for officials of the National Customs of Bolivia. 

 

Additionally, Carmen was a consultant of Responsible and Sustainable Enterprises SCORE Programme of the International Labour Organization ILO from 2014 to 2021 and was nominated as a Speaker at the Intercontinental Forum of Business Opportunities in Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz of Tenerife (Spain), both experiences gave her an international experience and vision of project management.

 

Between her various international professional experience she was designated as an Evaluator of the Ibero-American Quality Award 2012, 2013 and 2014 of the Ibero-American Foundation for Quality Management (FUNDIBEQ), Member of the Evaluation Team Best Valued in the Ibero-American Quality Award 2013 and International Jury Ibero-American Quality Award in the years 2011,  2015 - 2018

 

Counting with a wide entrepreneurship character, she was a promoter and manager of the Bolivian Award for Excellence in Management.
